Hubby will think twice in the future

Wednesday, March 17, 2010

After a rather lengthy computer scan, 5 hours, our computer is now clean. In all the years we've had a computer hubby never got it. Some friends kept after him to get on facebook so he did. The first time he gets on when I'm not home and what does he get a VIRUS!!!! The schmucks hacked his facebook account and were sending out malicious invites to utube. His first clue should have been Youtube, not u tube. Oh no, he clicks it and unleashes a virus from &^%$!!!

I'm better now. All 51 critical infections are gone and my computer is running smoothly and quickly. Oh did I mention I have 15 disc of pictures? I figured I'd better save them in case the darn thing crashed.

Week 2 - 2day of walking 2.2 miles at lunch shortened our time today from 40 minutes to 30 minutes. Tomorrow I think we will go our route add an additional 5 minutes and then turn around to get in our 40 minutes.

Eating is going well. I stayed away from the breakdown as there were St Paddy's day cookies. The good sugar cookies.

Planning vacation to Smoky Mountains in May. One of my favorite places to go. We are taking a girlfriend and her 2 kids with us. She is going thru a pretty rough patch right now and getting away with NO TV, NO computer, NO distractions. Just being out and enjoying God's country. Meals cooked on a campfire, yes we are camping. Hiking the many trails. I'm so excited just thinking about it.

Gotta get to bed. Seems it's another late night this week. I'll update food/exercise tomorrow.

The viruses are all over facebook right now. Don't open anything from YouTube or the one where the program asks if you want to know who is checking out your site.
