From repeated periods of not setting an alarm, I have discovered that my body natuarally takes 7 hours of sleep - almost on the dot - to wake up rested, so that is what I always aim for. I don't always manage, but I would say I normally do get those 7 hours about 4 nights a week. I added it as one of my "other" goals because I thought it'd help me be more conscious about upping that number to 5 or 6 nights a week.
Not so this past week though. Why? Because I stayed glued to this website, chasing SparkPoints! Ayayay! Talk about backfiring sparks!
Balance, balance, balance. Balance is a good thing...
