Today was just a good day. I volunteered and it was a good day there, I came home and helped Herc clean the pool. Herc is out pool cleaning machine, and he needed some help we clean off the pool cover the night before and lots of leaves so I was cleaning as he was working, needed clean in him out 3 times, but got some good upper body exercise. Got a couple chores done around the house. I got some emailing done and some sparking.
I got my 60 miutes cardio, walking and yard work, and 15 minutes strength.
Going to get off and watch Lost and just relax with my DH.
tomorrow is going to be pretty busy but I will be home all day.
Wishing all a great day.

emoticon to sneaking in an upper body workout while doing a normal chore. Love when you get in exercise without even trying, that way you reap the benefit and exercise doesn't seem so bad because you do not know it is happening till it is over.

I was watching the Biggest Loser last night and I have Lost on my DVR. I don't know about you but I think this is the best season. I can't wait to see how all of this plays out. Lost was getting to be too mundane in the last couple of seasons. The 1st season had me riveted to the TV like this season and the ones in between were like so so but I still had to watch it.
