First Day

Ok, I finished my first day and I did quite well. I didn't make a plan, but thought I'd see where I'd end up if I made some conscious choices based on what I know to see how far off I was. Turned out I was quite on the mark!

Makes me feel good that I can naturally make sound, nutritious choices, eat without feeling deprived and yet end up within range of what is scientifically considered healthy.

The site takes a while to get used to though. Links aren't always that intuitive and there's a lot of information all over the place. Kind of feel like I'm in a new school with corridors, lecture halls and what not all over but I can't quite make sense of it. So I end up taking detours via the main entrance to make sure I know where I am.

One question -- I see that people have tag-lines in their message board posts. How do I add those? I got some good quotes I'd like to share and perpetuate for myself also.

    Oops! Just went to your page and you have not put anything on your personal signature. Click at the top of you page on "Edit my page" then go down to the right side and continue on from there. Remember to "Save your changes" before closing your page. HOPE THAT HELPS.

    On the bottom right of your page, there is a place that says something like, personal signature, click there and you can add what you like that will stay on your page.
