Hard Day's Night!

Today's workout was really hard for me. I didn't get much sleep last night. Today I was about a half count off of anything I did on the Wii. I mean, how hard could basic step aerobics be?!?! Geeze! I was so klutzy today. But I got through it and feel better. Now that I'm back into the exercise routine, I should start sleeping better. I did 30 min of step and boxing with the Wii. Burned 160 calories according to the Wii. Boy, I love that thing. I will be glad when the ground isn't so soupy around here. A long hike in the woods sounds really good to me. Peace, quiet, and my dogs diving into the creek to play. Can't wait! emoticon
