Week 2 and part of 3

Sorry I guess I forgot to blog last week about my progess so I will do it now and maybe post again later in the week. Well I met with the nutritionist on Thursday and according to their scale I lost 2.6 pounds in 3 weeks I think it was. She looked over my journal and said everything was fine except.........It looks like I am eating the same thing everyday. UMMMM That is because I am. I have no idea what else to eat. This is what I know I can eat to fit into my calorie range and get in all my protein. So that is what I eat. I have been trying to plan more with my meals. If I plan out dinner and I haven't had lunch yet I will put dinner in, breakfast already in there, add snack and see what I have left for lunch. I work around it. It works but sometimes I get lost in what else I can eat. So I guess it is a work in progress. The other thing that I have a hard time with is getting in fruit and veggies. They add calories and not a whole lot of protein so sometimes they get skipped. WHich I don't like. So I have been trying to get them in there somewhere. Usually at dinner I can get 2 servings of veggies in.
So I go back to her in two week to see how I am weighing in. I hope I have lost more. My scale says I am losing and that is what I go by. Okay update again later this week.
