Shoes

Wednesday, March 03, 2010

Yesterday I got to go get fitted for shoes. I couldn't buy them unfortunately, because that takes money. And of course the ones that fit the best are like the most expensive. But I'm gonna use the money that I saved for a Wii Fit towards the new shoes. I've decided that I don't need a Wii Fit right this moment. I am planning to run a 5K this August/September and shoes are imperative. So, hopefully within the next couple of weeks I can scrounge the money together to get the shoes I want. And also hopefully I will be able to find them cheaper online somewhere, I know there are sites that do that, hopefully even though these are brand new style I can still find them somewhere a little bit of a discount anyway. I can't wait to get new shoes!!! Running in something other than hiking boots will be nice! emoticon

I want to get fitted for shoes too! The $$ thing is also an issue for us. A baby is expensive! :)
Definitely good choice on shoes instead of the Wii Fit. We have the program and its fun and gets you moving, but running in new shoes will get you to your goal much faster! When you do decide to buy the Wii program, I would highly recommend the Wii Active. It works you much more than the Wii Fit. It comes with resistant bands and you don't have to stand on the board the entire time. You should post a pic of your new shoes when you get them!
