After writing down my life goals and sharing them with my husband I realized this challenge is just the beginning.
In the last 28 day I have made the following AMAZING- 28 -changes ( I am sure I have made more but here are 28)
1. I'm tracking my food everyday
2. I'm drinking 8 glasses of water daily
3. I'm eating 5 fruits and veggies daily
4. Every week I have done 5 days of cardio exercise
5. I have tried to do 10 min of other exercises everyday (a few slips)
6. A BIGGY -I am forgiving myself if I exceed my calories or don't exercise my 10 min. Then I get right back on that goal!
7. I made a sparks page.
8. I made a goal collage
9. I wrote a Blog (This is my second)
10. I joined several sparks teams and have been writing to encourage others
11. I have made three attempts to make new spark buddies (no luck yet but I am going to continue)
12. I am saving money with the Sparks Jar
13. My daughter is joining me at Zumba class
14. My daughter is exercising 10 minutes a day
15. My son want to join us
16. My sister has started going to the gym on a regular bases because she was inspired by me.
17. I can see I am spreading the spark
18. We are eating mostly whole grains.
19. I feel more optimistic
20. I have lost weight
21. I have lost lots of inches
22. I am trying new hobbies
23. I am reaching out to other people at the gym
24. I am sleeping
25. We only drink wine on the weekends
26. I am weight training
27. I have more focus
28. Most important - I like myself again!
