March Goals

My March Goals:
1) Finish reading The Spark and completing the 28 day program
2) continue doing bootcamp exercises and adding some additional strength training exercises 3 x's a week (ie exercies from Quilt & Lose Team Strength Challenge)
3) 1500 Exercise Minutes
4) Eat at least one apple or grapefruit a day.
