March 2010 Goals

I have 8 months until the wedding. That means I have 8 months to lose 80lbs. That's 10lbs a month. Looks like I have some work to do!
So my goals are -
~ track every bite eaten
~ at least 2 fruits and veggies a day
~ daily water intake
~ measure portions
~ maintain 1650 calories or less on a daily basis with a few splurge days
~ 5-6 days of cardio a week
~ 3 days of strength training per week
~ start a walk to run training schedule
~ run 1-2 5k's
I just need to take it one day at a time and remember that in 1 1/2 months I will be trying on wedding dresses :) something to look forward to as well to work towards!
