2-28-2010- sick ugh

Sunday, February 28, 2010

Alright I must have upset the healthy fairy, since I am dealing with a cold right now. lol
I couoldnt get much exercise time in yesterday and really feel worse and doubt I will get any in today. Really bummed about that.
I did write up my plans for March will get those done later.
This month has gone pretty good. Weight loss better than I had hoped. I am getting my exercise in pretty well daily except when sick. I am drinking 9 cups of water each day. finished all my challenges and did well not perfectly but did a good job.
I am glad the 28 day challenge is done. It was a lot fun and I learned a lot about me, which is what it was all about. I am confident that I will keep on imporving and moving forward. Tomorrow is weigh in for 50# challenge. keeping fingers crossed that I have lost .8 # to reach total 80 # loss. I can then order my complete set of Sweating DVD and order the James Patterson novel we are missing, since I completed the 28 day challenge and did it well.
heart healthy challenge was fun but I didnt do well on the sodim and even though I have no problem, I do need to relook what I am doing especially with processed foods.
I am looking forward to March and refining my plans about exercise minutes, do not plan to add or change too much I need a month to just get it right and then will add in April.
Have a great day......sending out positive thoughts to all and lots of hugs too.

I LOVE James Patterson and am a collector of his books too! I knew that we had a lot in common. How do you feel about Jeffrey Deaver? Glad that you're doing well with the exercising and challenges. Sorry that you're feeling sick. Good luck with the weigh in. Bright blessings for a quick recovery. Lots of love to you, Dawn emoticon

Which James Patterson novel? I love most of his books (not too keen on some of the collaborations).

It just proves my point that a too clean house is unhealthy! lol!!!!!
Hopefully you just wore yourself down with worry and maybe inhaled a little of the dust bunny family reunion yesterday! Good to see you so focused and ready to take March by storm! (Oops....not supposed to say that "s" word....)
Feel better! Low sodium Chicken soup is prescribed by Dr. Meowmama. (that durn sodium is everywhere....I feel your frustration!)

Take care of yourself first before you worry about other things. You have made amazing accomplishments in your Feb. goals. You want to be able to go into March with a strong and healthy body. So slow down and rest and get better.
Take care and feel better soon.

Hope you feel better soon. This too shall pass. emoticon on getting your challenges done even if you did not do as well as you had hoped at least you learned something so that is always a good thing when we not only learn from our accomplishments but also from our failures or our not complete accomplishment (if that makes any sense). Once you start feeling better take it slow as your body will need time to recover from being sick and you not doing as much. Don't want to sideline yourself just when you're starting to feel better.
