Updates and all

Well, I've been doing MM for over a month now and it really is working well for me. Iv'e found enough recipes that I'm happy and content with this WOE and my body is changing rapidly.

I've posted some pictures, and I'm please with my progress.

I also have been learning to take care of myself in other ways too...not just all about eating and exercise, but also about finding ways to appreciate the beautiful things in life, to feed my soul, to find places to talk, cry and vent when I need to do those things.

I don't get on here very much, but that's OK. I'm sticking with my plan and changes are happening. If anyone wants to keep tabs on me better, go read my real blog at www.morningcoffee.blogspot.com

    Great to hear about your success so far! Happy that you are also re-teaching yourself to appreciate the beauty of life. This is something that I am also working toward. I'd like to hear about how you're doing this. For me, I'm trying to slow down a bit with non-exercise-related walks, acupuncture, and massage. For me, stress is a big hindrance to my appreciation of beauty.
