Week 1 Of challenge

Okay so I went to the nutritionist today and they didn't weigh me in.
I was ready too. Lightest clothes on didn't eat dinner yet and didn't drink that much before going. Oh well. We talked for an hour over my food journal for the last 2 weeks. She picked it apart. All I was trying to do on a daily basis is get to 120 grams of protein. That is all. And of course stay within range of calories which is 1500-1700. Mine is usually about 1700. But on one day she says to me.....you had dessert?? Well I had enough calories for the day to fit it in, I only have half a serving and I got all my protein in. What is there to argue???? SO I have to try an tweak my next week and email it to her and she will weigh me in next week. I have been killing it this week at the gym too. I worked out
Sunday and burned over 1000 calories
Monday Cardio Burned over 1000 calories
Tuesday nothing took a night off Did shovel snow for 20 minutes if that counts
Wednesday strength training for 40 minutes and then treadmill for 20 minutes
Thursday nothing. Had meeting with Nutritionist
Friday I plan on doing strength for 45 minutes.
Saturday is Cardio walking for about 90 minutes and some squats thrown in there.
Over All I think I had a good week since the daycare and my kids were awful all week. I think I did good. I guess we will see how the scale is to me this weekend when I weigh in. Also she told me that when I go out with my friends to not worry about it and eat what I want and even have dessert and a drink. Be careful all day with calories and splurge when I go out and don't worry about recording. Since I never get to go out this will be my treat. I am worried about it have a neg effect on my plan.
