It's been a long time since I've put anything here. A friend and I are doing a 5 week challenge...it's our way of getting ourselves committed....after this 5 weeks, we'll do five more...just needed to sit down, commit to some goals and planning to hold each other accountable!
I've got the workout thing down...it's the eating that's tripping me up. I just need more self-restraint. I think tracking everything here will help. I just have to stick with it.
