Slow but Sure

The last couple of weeks I have only lost .25 each week. I'm glad it was a loss (I haven't had a gain yet this year and I aim to keep it that way!), but am disappointed that the weight isn't coming off faster. I am sticking to my program of cardio, strength training and keeping within calorie range (have gone under a few times but not over) and drinking 64oz+ water.
So today, I decided I am going to try to do 2 walking DVD's back to back. I just finished doing the Express Walk DVD (30 min) , the Fat Blasting Walk DVD (40 min), then Oxycise 2 for 20 min. That is 90 minutes of exercise. I did strength exercises (bootcamp + the Quilt&Lose Team Strength Challenge exercises this morning).
Hopefully this will jumpstart the weight loss!
