Back on the wagon!!!

Well I fell off of the wagon for a couple weeks, but now I'm back on track!!! I did manage to maintain my weight, but not lose any. My goal is to loose 14 pounds by the end of the summer, so hopefully I can meet that goel before then!

    You have lots of time yet. It is okay to fall off the wagon. I too fell off last week. It was the week of my anniversary and to be honest I was just feeling lazy and didn't feel like cooking so we ate out a few times. I ate terrible. I ate out as much as we usually do in a month in 1 week. haha. Unfortunately it resulted in me gaining 1.6 pounds as of yesterday, but I got back on track on Sunday and when I weighed in today for a work competition I had lost 1.4 of that so as of right now I only gained .2 pounds haha. Don't give up. You can do it. The point is you got back on the wagon and you keep your goal in mind so you have the drive to keep you coming back. It is never too late to start again!
