Rear View Mirror

Sunday, February 21, 2010

Ever noticed on the bottom of your rear view mirror the disclaimer that says "objects may be closer than they appear?" My 160's are currently the object in my rearview mirror. On one hand I am SO happy to have them behind me. I have been in the 150's for almost two weeks and never want to see a 16-anything on the scale again...EVER.

But just as the disclaimer says, the 160's are closer than they appear. It only takes a few days of overeating, overindulging or not getting enough exercise to see the scale creep back towards the danger zone.

So now, instead of getting comfortable I'm working even harder to obtain my goals. I'm checking my blind spots, hitting the gas and leaving those pounds in my dust.
