Okay the date is July 31. That is the day of my reunion for high school of 20 years!!! Holy cow I can't believe it has been that long. I need to lose 50 pounds before then. I need a strategy. SO far I have put my self into training. Asking myself whatever I put in my mouth will help me get to my goal quick or slow it down?? Did I already have a treat this week and what was it?? Have to put the pressure on if this is going to work. Next on list is 1 weekend off a month to regroup and take a break. Do you think it is wrong to take a class on my weekend off like a zumba class or body pump?? I am so looking forward to having a weekend off. I am having a girls night out. Which I am kinda scared of going out to dinner during my training. Will have to save up calories and work out hard that week. Extra weight training and extra cardio. Maybe some dancing with the kids during the day to get more in. So 23 Weeks until the big day. If I lose 2 a week that is 46 pounds. I can do this. I CAN DO THIS I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!
I have already started this week. SO if I add two more pounds on I will be at 48 pounds down. Need to think smart and think wise. Get the cookies and cupcakes off the counter and replace with carrots, celery, grapes and apples. ANYTHING healthy so when I don't have time to eat with the kids I can just grab and snack until I have time to eat a nice protein enrich low calorie meal. This will be hard because I get sick of eating the same thing all the time and right now I am comfortable with knowing what to eat and getting in 1600 calories and 120 grams of protein. All Right I am off to bed. That is going to be a priority too. Bed between 1030pm and 11pm and nothing to eat past 830. WIsh me luck and I will keep you posted.
