Okay so I have been listening to the nutritionist about strength training (ST) instead of so much cardio. I do Monday zumba class, Tuesday ST and then zumba and friday ST. I am hoping this is working. I want to weigh in but I have TOM and that always throws things off. I officially weigh in with the nutritionist on Thursday. Keep your fingers crossed that I have lost something. I am happy that I lost .25 inches on both arms that was a huge shock. Now if I can get the rest of my body to work with losing inches we would be better.
