Day Four and Going Strong

I am so pleased to be at the end of day 4 and have met my fitness goal every day. I am really looking forward to getting up tomorrow to work out before work. I was up early today (had to go to work early) and I felt great. So I'm thinking that tomorrow will be good because I have more energy.

After work treadmill for 41 minutes.
