I am watching The Doctors I taped it today, it is all about water. One of the most important things I just learned is that your muscles are 75% water. You need that extra water in your body all the time. If you work out it is so much more important to put this water back into your muscles. Your bones which is 20 % water need this too Water does help you to lose weight because it helps the flow of digestion. Which helps your break down the fat. I am going to make sure I do the water daily. I may have not been replacing it enough with all the high aerobics I have been doing. This will slow down your metabolism.
They also talked about exercise in the water that you will get toned quicker in the water if you use the weights. Water is a natural resistant that is smooth and no impact or strain on your joints. Mostly swimmers are proved to live longer. So I am really happy cause I just got back from the pool where I did my 120 min in pool swimming and exercises in the water. So now I know if you are doing this exercise in the water you still need to drink water constantly. This is taking a lot of fluid out of your muscles. Just maybe water could be my huge issue in not losing weight as fast as I hoped to.
I feel so great tonight with this new information and I wanted to share it with you all. One thing they also shared is water bottles, too much use of these bottles, me I use a reusable bottle and have stopped buying the bottles of water. I use the Britta filter and it is just the right thing to be doing. This I already knew and was practicing but they may be people here that did not know this. Just think of the money you would save.
