counting calories,carbs,fats and protein

This counting of everything is the hardest part of the dieting. The exercise is easier,just show up!I shopped for groceries today and read everything,finding the items with lower carbs. This seems to be my downfall,I am consuming too many carbs,too few protein. I am going to keep trying different foods until I get it right.

    With the CALP program you don't have to count anything!
