Something new

A friend and co-worker has introduce me to Body Flex, this a new exercise regime that involves aerobic breathing and stretching exercises. This technique allows the body to increase healthy oxygen into your system there by burning fat. This system is suppose to increase your energy and lose inches in the process. I am always looking for something new I think I will give it a try.
