Love my Spark Team!

Although it is only day two of my plan, and day two of my team, I love my SparkPeople team. I joined SparkGuy's 10 minute fitness club and already I am feeling more motivated. I'm sure that what I'm about to say is the point of the team, but 10 minutes seems so doable that I am doing more. For instance, today I left for work without my gym bag. But because I was planning for getting at least 10 minutes in, I went back home to get the bag. Then, because I was planning on getting my 10 minutes in, I left work with enough time to get to the gym and get a bike for spin class. And, best of all, I got to the gym early. Normally I would decide at that point that I had time to stop and shop, which usually makes me late for spin class and then I give the whole thing up. But to ensure that I got my 10 minutes in, I spent 30 minutes on the treadmill! I save money AND got 90 minutes of workout in. Success!
