Just for Tuesday

I will eat half and apple and peanut butter before my first walk.
I will eat an egg and toast before my second walk.
I will eat a larger breakfast about 9:30 if I am still hungry.
I will eat a salad with cheese and meat at noon.
I will lift weights and vacuum for extra exercise.
I will plan and eat a healthy dinner.
I will spend some time tomorrow getting everything together to continue on my journey with the Beck diet solution.
I will remind myself that I am continuing the journey NOT starting over. I have made progress. I don't have to start at the beginning and I can remember each day that I want to make progress. I feel like I am jugging this process not keeping it moving in a doable direction. I am not sure what the problem is but I feel very sluggish about it.
Here are my Tuesday goals. I hope that I can create a successful day.
