(7/90) Happy valentine's day! so full of love!

well, i'm back from my mom's. had an "unofficial" weigh in just now, and i didn't do too bad! living off of poptarts, diet coke and orange juice (and the occasional spoon full of chocolate frosting). but now it's back to life as usual. back to the gym, back to my husband, and back to my norm!

i love how sparkpeople really keeps me motivated. i was just thinking about this... i've been trying my best, not only for myself- but for everyone here too! this website is such a blessing. i think i spend more time on here, than i do on facebook these days! lol (and pretty sure facebook is my life). i love all of the support from my spark friends. it really means a lot to me. :)


i'm proud of myself for keeping up with my "90 day blog". even though i don't really have anything important to say, it's just nice to talk things out.

with that, i really don't have anything else to say. i hope everyone has a great week!!!

    It helps make you aware of what you're doing - eating and exercise - which will help build those habits you want. Then, you will see results. Mine take some time now, too. I want the weight loss to be permanent and so far, I haven't regained. I might stay where I'm at but I don't gain. It also motivates me to do things in other areas instead of procrastinating like I used to. When the twins are a little older, you will have to make concessions and use them and their activities as exercise some but you will still enjoy the time and they will remember forever.
