2/14/2010 Another three pounds gone!

I had a Bodybugg deficit of 1314 calories per day and lost 3 pounds. Go me!!!! The fact is, I overestimated the calories I ate eating out(which is a better thing than I used to do by underestimating). I am also eating MORE calories per day and moving MORE which I think is actually giving me a bit more energy and boosting my metabolism. I have been on the treadmill a bit more, but not much! So far I do about 10-15 mins a day to get my step count up and it helps. So far, all I can say is I love this Bodybugg as a tool to help me lose weight. Please know, I track every morsel of food here at Sparkpeople and do exercise and strength training three times a week also. It isn't easy by any means. I know the bodybuggs are expensive but it has been a valuable tool for me at age 52.

Of course, I couldn't do it without the support at home and from my team FAFFFT. The whole team is so motivating and the challenges are easy enough and a lot of fun too!
