Little Steps or Giant Leaps???

I enjoyed learning about Chris's life in the first chapter. It made me really think. It seems I have been for so long been all or nothing. Either I do great and keep the trend or do really bad and just keep making bad choices. It was interesting that he started out just small steps in fitness. 10 min a day. consistenly. Why is it I think that if I don't go an hour then I may as well not at all? That showed me that even consistent 10 min a day pays off. It was do-able and effective. I have realized that little is much. You don't start out swimming by jumping in the deep end you will drown. YOu start out treading in the shallow end. When you finally get to the deep end there is nothing like it! Thanks for helping me realize it is not always the Giant Leaps, but those small steps that count!
