Working hard to meet my deadline

January was a tough month. I spent 8 days on vacation and didn't exercise much at all during that time. Then I got sick, and basically didn't hit the gym the last 2 weeks of the month. February 1st I got back into the groove! My weight loss clock is ticking, my best friend set her wedding date for July 14, 2010. So I will be in Hawaii for 12 days in the beginning of July-LIVING in bathing suits! This means I have about 5 months to lose a lot of weight! So here I am again journaling every bite. I'm going to stick to a max of about 1300/cal per day. NO alcohol, drinking decaf green tea at night instead. Working out 5-6 days per week. Taking daily multivitamins, extra vitamin D, and omega 3 pills. Wish me luck!
