It's been one month

Today was the day to take measurements. I've only lost one pound for all the work I've done this first month. BUT- I'm happy to say I've lost 2.5 inches in my waist and 3 in my hips. I have more endurance and I was able to do about double the pushups and crunches than when I started. My clothes are also fitting better. So I'll take that for starters. I do have to decrease the fat in my diet and that will also probably help. I've set a more ambitious exercise goal for this month and I've joined Shape-Up RI. So here comes month #2. Bring it on....

    5 and 1/2 " in one month is amazing!
    That probably shows on your body more than 5 pounds would!

    Congrats for the one pound and the inches. Keep up the good work and I believe if you cut some fat that too will help. I love your ambitious exercise goal...go for it!
