"Perfect your posture. Stand and sit uptight, with abs in and shoulders pulled down and back. This helps prevent the spine from rounding with age. Plus good posture can help you look taller and thinner."

I have actually thought about taking a stability ball to work and sitting at my computer on the stability ball. Not only does that help your posture, but it works the abs constantly to stay balanced properly. The problem is that I don't think the ball would sit high enough to keep me aligned properly with the keyboard. Thoughts? Anybody else attempted to do this that works in an office job?

I love my stability ball and have been thinking of the same thing! I think we should challenge each other to give it a shot :)

I do know a couple of people who have done it. It sounds like it's best to start with just an hour or two a day until you get used to it. They also sell ones that are set up like chairs.

Posture REALLY should have been one of my medium term goals! Mine is bad:(

I've pondered switching my home computer chair to a balance ball chair I saw on gaiam.com.
