I have actually thought about taking a stability ball to work and sitting at my computer on the stability ball. Not only does that help your posture, but it works the abs constantly to stay balanced properly. The problem is that I don't think the ball would sit high enough to keep me aligned properly with the keyboard. Thoughts? Anybody else attempted to do this that works in an office job?
