I really enjoy Sudoku puzzles. I have gotten to the point that I can solve the challenging ones usually within a half an hour. My sister now saves the ones she can't solve for me to do. I wish I was as successful at weight management as I am at Sudoku.

My Dad is 83 and he is so into Sudoku puzzles. He takes his puzzle book with him everywhere he goes and works puzzles at home while seated in his favorite chair. It's a great brain strengthening tool. I enjoy them also, but could use some pointers on the more challenging ones.

It's interesting to compare a Sudoku puzzle with the weight loss process, isn't it? First we have to identify the problem, then look for solutions. Often we have to erase and start over. Thanks for the great post!

I cheat on the really hard ones. I look at the back of the book and add a few more numbers LOL emoticon

The only way that I can do Soduko puzzles is with a computer. I have a hand-held game (somewhere) that has a feature that tells you if you're right. I'll have to keep an eye out for it.

Right now I'm back into jigsaw puzzles. I have several sets on my computer.

I can't do them easily but my husband is a Whiz at them. Now give me a word scrambler and I have no problem.
