new month, new me

Since being with spark people I have lost 12 lbs and 10 of those lbs were in January. This month I hope to lose 10 more. I was blown away when my stepdad thanked me the other night. Because I am the one who cooks most of the time, My stepdad has also lost 8lbs. When I first started dieting he was worried he woldn't like the food that I cooked, But I have learned to cook healthy meals that he likes to eat, only problem is he likes it so much that he keeps going back for seconds. I'm still trying to convence my mom to use spark people though, She really loves to eat, it's kind of grose. She has an obssecion with raw meat, she loves to eat what she calls steak popsicles(frozen uncooked steak) I tell her it's not good for her to eat compeatly raw steak, but she has been doing it so long and nothing has happened yet, so she keeps doing it. My brother on the other hand is trying to gain weight( in the form of muscle) He keeps trying to get me to go run with him, but he is way more fit then I am and if I ran with him I wouldn't even be half way done by the time he was done. my goals this month are to lose another 10lbs, run/walk 30 miles cut more fat/carbs/sodium from my diet, dance once a day, and to do at least 100 crunches a day(on top of the core streangth training every other day) I think these goals are all realistic enough that it will be a walk in the park, as long as I can stay focused all month long.
