I am definitely NOT a runner because I have problems with my feet, but I DO love to dance and have a "step" right in front of my TV to use while watching TV. I think my focus should be using that step. I don't watch a lot of TV, but it would not be a BAD goal to utilize that step any time that I watch TV. Believe it or not, it's a pretty good workout - gets that heart rate going and makes me sweat - both good signs of a good workout!!
