Changing some goals

Since I been on a still stand for so long I decided to make my goal a little bit different then before was looking forward to getting to 160 but, if I can just reach 180 I will deal with that goal and then afterwards push to get to that 160 that I so much want so at this time hitting to lose 60 pounds instand of 80. I will make 160 my finally goal but, 180 my goal of accomplishment just glad I made it as far as I have it's just that when you be at a stand still for so long you want ot give up I don't want to give up at all just want to keep looking forward and keep moving to get to my goal weight no matter what. I know I have been messing up here and there with what I eat and I'm so trying to not put in unhealth food in my mouth so trying but, there are days I just want that candy or soda or that hamburger at Mc D's but, I have to keep moving forward so I wanted to make some different goals to shoot for. I have accomplished so much starting at 283 and being as high as 300 to get to 240 is a accomplishment goal for me there are times I will gain a pound or 2 then lose then gain then lose and I just can't get pass this 240 at all so I have to look within myself and see all I'm am doing wrong and I have seen all I have been doing wrong so I wanted to get all my wrong out so I can get pass this 240 because it is so killing me to be stuck here for so long. wish me luck :)
