"Take a breath. Slow, deep breaths can help conquer stress and lower blood pressure. With your eyes closed, practice inhaling deeply into the belly and exhaling slowly. Try this several times throughout the day."
Can you say "deep cleansing breath." This is good advice wherever you are, whatever you are doing. I like to add to it by practicing yoga, although I never seem to make it to yoga class as often as I want to.
