I lost 2 lbs this week. I am so excited. That makes 4 lbs lost since the beginning of January. I am going to try to lose one more by Sunday, because my goal is to lose 5 lbs this month.
I am going to have to be careful because my dh's birthday is tomorrow and we are celebrating it then and on Sunday.
So, pump up my exercise and watch the calories. I am really going to rely on my hr monitor watch!
