How true is this one!!! I like to "people watch" on this particular subject because I'm usually the last person eating. I DO enjoy my food. For anybody that has trouble with eating too fast, they recommend putting your fork down between each bite. My favorite is chewing each bite 15-20 times.

    I am a fast eater. I think it's a habit I picked up in the Army, you know eat it now taste it later. I have been working on eating slower I even purposely leave the table to refill water twice a meal. We have started "did you know" with our children at the dinner table also. We each have to share an interesting fact we learned that day. It gets very creative when it is time for our 4 year old to give her fact. emoticon
