Heart Rate Monitor Watch

I got my new heart rate monitor watch a couple of weeks ago. Tried to figure it out then, got a little frustrated and put it aside and forgot about it believe it or not. Well, today I got it out sat down and actually understood what to do.
I wore it while doing my Oxycise and it was fun to see how much calories I used. So for 18 min of exercise of active zone (50%-60%), it was 112 calories. I know not much, but every bit helps and I know the Oxycise is burning up fat.
My watch is a Sportline Duo 1025 women's. I like the fact that I can wear it with or without a strap and if the battery dies I can just take it to a jewelry repair shop to have it replaced instead of sending it like Polar watches requires.
I'm excited to use it while I do my exercise DVD's now! Time to burn those calories!!!
