So I tried on a smaller pair of pants today and they fit just right. I didn't know what to expect, because I don't think it looks like I've lost 10 lbs. I thought my belly and hips still looked the same, those are my problem areas. but I thought wrong I guess. great ego boost to keep up the hard work. this weeks goals are:
lose 2 or more lbs
cut down on carbs
walk/run 5 miles
do 15mins of yoga every day
start doing 50 crunches every day
I know I can do it, I just have to keep on going no slacking this week. (It doesn't help my mom made cheese cake) I'm not going to eat any(even though it is my favorite)
