My First Weigh-In

Ok, so I weighed myself for the first time in 2 weeks today and I was happy with what I saw. Apparently I was heavier than I thought when I filled in my starting weight, because I hadn't been on a scale in a while and I was assuming that I was still at 160. Unbeknownst to me, I had gained another 10 pounds. Eek! So I stepped onto the scale this morning, dreading what I was going to see. To my immense pleasure, I saw that I'd dropped 6 pounds!!! I was so excited. I called my mom, my husband and my best friend...all the people I knew would be as excited as I was. It was a challenge, those first 2 weeks, but now that I know that it's going to pay off, I think the rest will be a little easier.
