Went over my calories yesterday ......:(

Ugh, I went over my calorie limit by a little bit yesterday. :( I had a HUGE plate of spaghetti (with wheat noodles!) last night and ate a half piece of garlic bread. Dang. It was good though.
So, I have to do better today! I'm feeling a little discourage though as the past two weeks, I hadn't really lost any weight. Does anybody have any ideas as to why? I'm thinkin that starting on Saturday, I'm going to start working out at home in the mornings. I feel good that I've changed my eating habits for the better, although they can still use a little improvement.
And then tomorrow night we are going out to eat at the Brazilian Steakhouse for our anniversary. They have a big salad bar, so I'm going to try and fill up off of salad. Tomorrow is also a girl at works birthday so we are going out to eat at a resteraunt called "The Chimes" which doesn't have anything healthy on the menu. And of course we're buying a King Cake. So I'm going to try and choose something healthy at the resteraunt, I'll have a little sliver of King Cake and fill up on the salad bar and not drink too many mixed drinks haha! I might even get up early and work out to prepare for the day.
