Thanks to the CardioBunnie Challenge's increased accountability (and the appearance of some early results!), I hit my 4X/week goals for the month. September cardio tallies are:

877 total minutes/9793 calories burned.

Onto October! Personal goal is to increase by 5%:

10,282 calories burned.
