Bootcamp Blog Challenge

I know I haven't written a blog lately, but I have been thinking about it. However, I have been doing all the exercise and challenges I am part of on SP so I haven't written anything - (it is also hard for me to put my thoughts down in written form).
My basic routine has been as I read through the different posts and challenges I will stop and do that particular challenge or exercise.
I have been "enjoying" doing the Bootcamp videos. They are short yet I feel I have had a workout afterwards. Some are getting easier and some are still a challenge.
I am also doing some strength training challenges on the Quilt and Lose Team and the Colorado Christian Women Team. Last week was a Stretching Challenge on the Christians with 100 Pounds to Lose Team.
I have started wearing my pedometer for the 10,000 Step Challenge on Christian Needlecrafters Team.
I am also participating on the 10Day Challenge Team and the 1 Day Challenge Team.
I have kept my own goal of doing Oxycise 5x's a week and have a streak of 7 weeks.
The weight is slow coming off, but I know that it is better to lose slow - I just have to keep that in mind so as not to be discouraged. I did feel a little discouraged this morning because I had only lost .25 lb since last Tues. (according to the TOPS scale last night.). My scale shows I lost 1.5 - oh well. I had a high calorie breakfast (emotional eating) then, I said STOP and got back into gear and started exercising. I had a small lunch and no snacks to make up for the breakfast.
