Getting back into the exercise routine

I've been doing the Boot Camp challenge this month in an effort to get myself back into the routine of daily exercise. It's been a challenge to keep at it, and I have to admit, I've missed a few days. But I'm not letting that get the better of me; I'm going to keep at it. I don't expect perfection anyway. If I can get myself back into a rhythm of power walking at least 5 days a week with a more leisurely walk on the weekend plus some kind of strength training on the weekdays, I'll be happy.

There are a couple of videos that I have a real problem with. The 1st cardio video has too much jumping, which I just don't seem to be able to do. So I substitute some other kind of cardio for the same amount of time. The other is the one from today, the 5-minute core workout on the balance ball. Parts of it are okay, but there are two parts that are very challenging. I did manage to avoid falling off the ball this week, so there's hope for me yet.
