Day 1

I don't think I'll be counting off days but I think the first one is important. I keep saying I want to make a change but until I do something and stay committed to it, I'll still be where I am, stuck in a rut, watching my dreams fly by. I don't want that, so this is Day 1 of making a change to a more positive and healthier life so I can fly and soar instead of being grounded! emoticon

    Good For you! Focus on one day at a time. It's the baby steps and small changes that will get you to where you want to be. Making too many changes all at once is difficult to maintain. At the end of each day, review how your day was...no negative self-talk, focus only on the good things that you have accomplished. For example...today, I made a decision that I am worth a healthy lifestyle.

    You can do it, you just have to believe that you are worth the effort. Be your own best friend. There will be days that you feel like you've blown it, that's okay! Just pick yourself back up and keep on moving forward. Taking that first step is a great start.

    Keep on being positive even when you don't feel like it!
