So I've been working on my eating habits and exercise for the last few weeks. My friend and I are in this togeather and I think that will help to keep up motivation. What I've been noticing so far is drinking is my devil. I looooove me some Jack Daniels but never really realized how many calories are in it and how much more I eat when I'm drunk. SO plan is to drink once a week (big step down form 5 nights a week) and when I do drink to have only vodka or gin (with diet tonic). I'm guessing it will be much better if I can quit drinking all togeather but I think if I deprive myself of too much at once then I'm setting myself up for failure right? I guess I'll continue to drink once a week and see if that works........damn alcohol' why do I love you so?
