Beginning Another Week of Intensive Exercise

This week is my second week of exercise classes after work but the first week that I will be attending all three of the classes I signed up for. Tomorrow is Body Sculpting which I missed last week due to an appointment. Looking forward to it. I'm a little disappointed though that with all the exercise that I've been doing, (340 minutes worth last week) that the scale has not moved at all! I've even stayed under/within my calorie range allotment, and no snacking. So I'm confused as to why the weight is not coming off. Maybe it will take a week or two more before I see a difference on the scale. My problem is that I weigh every day; I can't help it. I just do.

I've been doing 30-day Shred every morning, walking on my 15-minute breaks 2 times per day at work on my morning and afternoon beaks and then the exercise classes after work. So what more do I need to do??? I guess I'll just be patient and not give up. I know I didn't put this weight on in a short time and so it won't come off that way either.

Maybe I need to do a different exercise video for a while instead of the 30-day shred but I like it since it's so short in time but it's quite the workout. I do have a knee injury so I do modify the jumping jacks and the pushups. Any ideas out there would be appreciated.
