Chris you poor thing, I can just hear all the disappointment in your voice. My suggestion and I know you know this alrady. But I'm going to give it to you anyway.
TRACK YOUR FOOD! DRINK YOUR WATER! These the two most important things. You don't even have to worry so much about the exercise right now. If your back is still hurting, it will do you no good to hurt it more. I would maybe say, lower your calories by just 100 and see how that works this week. But you MUST track every bite that goes into your mouth.
Good luck this week honey, I know you can do it, because you have done it before and it worked. I gained a lb this week also, and I KNOW it was the food. I so deserved it too. But I got my mojo back and I want you to get yours back. We miss you posting and vlogging. So come back to us, please???
Sorry about you gain this week Chris. At least you know why. I gained this week too, .4 lb. I thought I was doing good. Maybe my calorie range is a little high? It's 1800 to 2150 calories and I'm only about 5' 1"!
Anyways don't let it get you down. We've all been there. Today starts a new week, so get out there and do it!!! You know what you need to do!
Oh my dear Chris! I know EXACTLY HOW YOU FEEL! I swear I can't get down past 210. I fluctuate from 212- 220 allt he time and have been since like October! OCTOBER!!!! this is just ridiculous. I weighed myself and I'm 215. I bet I'll drop a little and then as soon as I do I balloon back up to 220 and start all over. I don't know what to do so I'm just gonna keep at it. I know for me, my problem is around food. I have no problem working out and stuff but it's the food that tempts me so much. I'm even really good about my water and taking a multi-vitamin but again, it's the FOOD! It's so delicious and I can't say no so I just pig out. :( It has to stop!
