1st Step Aerobics Class

Wow, I made it through the first step aerobics class today. It was quite a workout. It was 45 minutes long, and I thought it was only supposed to be a 30-minute class. Oh, well, an extra 15-minutes of exercise for me, yeah, more calories burned. Good for me. There were about 20 of us there of all various sizes, some skinny gals and some overweight gals so it was a mix of all weights. I can't wait for my next class this week which will be Aqua Fusion on Friday. That's the one I'm really looking forward to. Then next week will be the first week I'll be taking all three that I signed up for. Monday will be body sculpting as well. I'm going to be quite a busy gal.
